About Sage

"Students don't really care how much you know unless they know how much you care." This is my motto for teaching, and I feel that Sage also embodies this idea. She is a professional singer/musician. Her singing voice is so beautiful, and her ability with stringed instruments is widely known throughout Southern Oregon. However, Sage comes to teaching with an open heart and mind, knowing that she will be impacting young and inexperienced musicians with her gifts. Teaching is an extension of her love of music, and a pathway for her to share it. Her students will have the added benefit of being surrounded with exceptional musical skills of a professional musician. But what my students will all remember about Ms. Meadows is the way she made them feel: like composers, like singers, like soloists, like musicians, and like valuable human beings."
